**Unless bought as resizable, items which say, "recommends measurements," mean that if ordered, we will ask if the customer wants us to take measurements to help ensure proper fitting. If the customer agrees to letting us do so, they will have to meet in-person with one of our staff members. The member will then take the customer's measurements of the specific body part (such as wrist or head) as required for the product ordered. Once the measurements are taken, they will be kept in our system and used as a future reference if the same customer makes another order needing measurements for the same body part.
